Orders from € 250 ship free worldwide. Below € 250 we charge standard PostNL shipping, from € 4,55 in the Netherlands; you see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.

Yes, we ship worldwide, except to countries under EU sanctions. For deliveries outside the EU, the destination country may charge import duties and taxes on delivery; these are not included in our prices.

You can return unused products within 30 days in the original packaging. Please contact us via the contact form if you wish to return the products.

Once you have received your order, you have 30 days to submit a return request by emailing contact@polishyourgear.com.

Due to hygiene reasons, latex garments may be briefly tried on for fit, but must be returned unused, unworn, powdered only, and in original condition. The garment must show no signs of wear, damage, stretching, shine marks, odors, or contamination. We recommend returning items in their original packaging to avoid damage during transit.

At this time, we do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Custom-made or personalized design services are non-refundable, unless the delivered work does not match the agreed specifications or fit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
• We may withhold the refund until the returned item(s) are received or proof of return is provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

All our products are handmade in Amsterdam. Each piece is carefully crafted by hand, which means no two items are ever exactly the same. While we strive for the highest level of precision and quality, small variations are a natural part of the handmade process and contribute to the uniqueness of each garment.

Our sizes follow standard European sizing. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for body-tight garments and choosing your usual size for oversized styles.

Each product page includes an individual size guide at the bottom with specific garment measurements. You can compare these to your own measurements to find the best fit. Please note that for body-tight pieces, the garment measurements should be smaller than your body measurements.
